Frank Hudson Transport only hold on to your information for as long as it is needed and for the purpose we required it for in the first place. If the law requires us to we may need to keep your data for up to 7, years after that date it will no longer be required by us.
You have a legal right to submit a complaint about how FHT handle your data, however we do seek to resolve all complaints directly. If you wish to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioners Office, the details are available on the ICO website www.ico.org.uk
